for reading {and baking}

Since it is getting cooler I am getting more and more tempted to try new recipes. Bakerella reviewed two new cookbooks that look mighty tempting.

The first is Home Baked Comfort from William Sonoma - which doesn't seem to be available yet but I'm sure will be ready for Christmas. 

The book includes recipes from several bakeries and bloggers across the country, like Smitten Kitchen, Tartine, Cannelle et Vanille, Flour, Baked and Bakerella herself.

Bakerella also reviewed the new publication of Miette Patisserie in San Francisco.

I particularly love the scalloped pages.

I am especially intrigued by the homemade graham cracker and chocolate wafers
