These "letterpress" cookies were made for an office retirement party. My coworker Mr. John has worked in the SBTS Communications Department for over 15 years and is retiring due to some health problems. Mr. John is a type-setter by training, meaning that he has an eye for making text look uniform and perfect on any type of printed materials. I love the idea of these cookies, executing these cookies was not ideal. The cookie cutters were cheap, and it showed. But hopefully Mr. John liked the finished product.
