Gotcha cookies

Some friends in our Sunday school class, the Tarvers, just adopted a newborn little girl, Maeleigh. These "gotcha" cupcake and ice cream cone themed cookies are for the new parents to share with their friends and family that are making a hospital visit. The Tarvers "got" Maeleigh late yesterday afternoon.
