Louisville favorites | part 1

Today I'm going to start blogging about my favorite elements of Louisville - let the moving day countdown begin, just 13 days left.

This morning Drew took me on one last Louisville breakfast date to Wild Eggs - my favorite breakfast spot EVER. I always order coffee, granola with milk and a side of wheat toast and Drew always orders the fresh squeezed OJ, veggie-beenie florentine (eggs benedict with spinach and artichoke hearts) and a side of bacon. I'm sure in a few months I'll wake up craving nothing but this coconut, pecan and apricot packed granola. It's the best I've ever had.
