NYC {day 1}

An early flight meant that we spent nearly a full, sunny day in the city. Today we: had lunch at a small diner on the East Side; rested and sipped iced coffee in a park that was full of kids; walked to Dylan's Candy Store, where I could have spent piles and piles of money on the Killeen boys; roamed Bloomingdales, where I saw a poodle wearing sunglasses in the men's department; had a fantastic Mexican dinner at Cafe Frida; took a long post-diner walk and stopped by the Fashion Week festivities.
