Rainy Thursday afternoon blues

It is highly possible that I will have to have this for dinner. Just the noodles, salted butter and a tiny bit of Parmesian cheese and salt - that's all I want.

If I don't have it I might not make it til morning. You see, it is a gloomy, rainy, icky day. I don't feel bad, but I don't feel great. I'm in dire need of a carb overload and this is the best way to do it.

This brand is unbeatable. Yes, it is expensive. Buy it on sale - or just buy it - it is totally worth it. When all you want are noodles, no sauce or anything fancy, this brand can't be beat. My friend Dennis at Burger's Meat Market sells it.
