This is Beau Monde dip, and it is delicious. Spice Islands is the only brand that I've ever found to carry Beau Monde seasoning. Drew grew up on Beau Monde dip so this recipe came from my mother-in-law, I'm very grateful she shared it with me.
1 Cup regular or light mayonnaise (not fat free)
1 Cup regular or light sour cream(not fat free)
1 T. Beau Monde seasoning1 T. parsley flakes
1 T. dill weed
1 bunch of green onions, thinly chopped
dash of Seasoned salt
dash of Garlic salt
dash of pepper
Mix all ingredients and serve with vegetables and pumpernickel bread. So good - it is nice and 'kinda' green for St. Patrick's Day. Try not to dive head first into the serving bowl.
