So...Beverly Hills is just about perfect. We were there for a wonderful brunch on Saturday morning and enjoyed strolling along the impeccably manicured flower beds.
Wednesday morning we kept it classy and headed to
The Original Pantry Cafe - a 24-hour joint just down the street from our
hotel. We feasted on biscuits and gravy, pancakes, fried potatoes and assorted breakfast meats. The food was ready 4 minutes after we ordered - it was good - it was $12!
From breakfast we headed to Hollywood for a visit to the walk of fame (where I failed to take photos) and a bus tour of the city.

| Our tour bus getting pulled over and ticketed - apparently buses just can't stop in the middle of a street. |

| Elton John's apartment building - he has the penthouse and his son (an infant) has the entire apartment one floor below the penthouse. |
